Samsung has officially launched a limited edition Ant-Man designed Samsung S6 Edge+ as part of their global partnership with Marvel Entertainment.

The global partnership allows Samsung to gain exclusive rights of Marvel's material and contents, according to Tech Times.

The two companies merged to create unique products to give their consumers the best quality both brands can offer. Because of the team up, consumers will get the privilege to access exclusive contents of Marvel Entertainment using Samsung's technology.

"Samsung is passionate about the stories around our products and the people to use them," Executive Vice President of Global Marketing, Mobile Communications Business at Samsung Electronics, Younghee Lee said according to Samsung.

The previous Samsung S6 Edge Iron Man version was sold for $91,000 during its release. The upcoming Samsung's Ant-Man S6 Edge plus version has a customized back cover and comes with a unique box for Marvel fans that will sell for $925, according to TechnoBuffalo.

"Partnering with Marvel gives us the opportunity to bring our industry-leading mobile display technology to life," vice president, Younghee Lee stated.

"Through visual storytelling made possible by Marvel's outstanding entertainment universe, Samsung's Galaxy users will be able to enjoy the maximum of our product benefits," he continued according to the reports of Tech Times.

Marvel's EVP of Global Marketing Partnerships, Bob Sabouni said, "Marvel is committed to bringing world-class content to our fans and Samsung clearly shares our passion for creative storytelling," a statement from Samsung's official website. Marvel is "thrilled" that Samsung is bringing their visual content to life through technology, Sabouni added.

The Samsung S6 Edge+ Ant-Man edition is already out in China's market but unlike the Iron Man's version, it appears to be a standard phablet with an Ant-Man designed case and doesn't have a wireless charger like the first one, according to Tech Times
