‘My Secret Romance’ Stars Sung Hoon, Song Ji Eun Spark Romance Speculations Given Playful Antics On Set
"My Secret Romance" continues to entertain avid K-drama fans given its sweet storyline, coupled with the amazing onscreen chemistry of its two lead stars Sung Hoon and Song Ji Eun. Recently, the cute and playful on-set antics between the "Oh My Venus" actor and the Kpop songstress sparked dating rumors.
Speculations are rife that Sung Hoon and Song Ji Eun might have developed a special relationship with each other while filming the OCN drama "My Secret Romance." Given the two celebrities' great camaraderie on set, many fans expressed their wish to see the co-stars date in real life.
The said dating speculations started when OCN released behind-the-scenes clips for "My Secret Romance," Drama Fever reported. One of the videos showed Sung Hoon and Song Ji Eun filming the bathroom accident where the Kpop idol's character slipped on the floor and the actor was supposed to carry her outside of the room.
Wearing a bathrobe while laying down on the floor, Song Ji Eun was filmed rehearsing the said "My Secret Romance" scene with her co-star. When Sung Hoon noticed that the front of the Kpop idol's bathrobe exposed a part of her thighs, the actor sweetly covered up her legs. However, he added a joke to make light of the situation and teasingly told the singer, "Gross, I can see your thighs."
Another "My Secret Romance" behind-the-scenes clip featured Sung Hoon carrying Song Ji Eun in his arms as he ran from one end of the hotel corridor to another. The "Noble, My Love" actor became exhausted after filming the said scene several times that prompted the Kpop singer to give her co-star a playful shoulder massage.
In other news, the "My Secret Romance" director described the said OCN drama as a series full of romance. In an earlier interview, the filmmaker commented that the drama's story will revolve around the growing relationship between Sung Hoon and Song Ji Eun's respective characters and their chemistry with each other, Korea Herald quoted the director as saying.
