Samsung Unveils Its New Galaxy Note 7

There have been many speculations surrounding Samsung's plans of unveiling the Galaxy Note 8 device post their positive recognition of their Galaxy S8, S8+ smartphones. Numerous leaks have indicated that the Galaxy Note 8 smartphone will come packed with a dual rear camera setup as well.

What will be interesting to note, as pointed by IBTimes, is how the speculated device fares when it comes face to face with iPhone 8 and more importantly, HTC 11 device. The dual rear camera setup is something that can be highly expected in the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 as the company was recently reported to have invested in Core Photonics, which is recognized as specializing dual-lens technology.

Samsung was even reported to have patented the technology, and as per the information provided on the leaked patent information website, the dual rear camera is apparently going to house in the slim chassis in Samsung Galaxy Note 8. If this turns out to be true, then the camera will be greatly enhanced as far as the low-light conditions are concerned. As far as the price of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is concerned, there is no word on it yet.

However, as reported by ValueWalk¸ Samsung is expected to price its devices cheaper than its prevailing smartphones, particularly the Galaxy Note 8. The South-Korean tech giant is also expected to pack up the storage capacity of up to 256GB. A 4G RAM is a high possibility too. Moreover, it is highly speculated that the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 may even come with a fingerprint sensor. And given that, the device may be compatible with the company's Gear VR technology, there will be a lot of buyers for this one.

The HTC 11, on the other hand, is expected to feature a 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 1,440 x 2,560 pixels. The device, as reported by the Hack Post, is reported to run on Android 7.0 Nougat OS and will further be powered by the Quick Charge 4.0 technology. With a battery of around 3,700mAh power, HTC's 11 will also be a deal-breaker in the smartphone market.
