Us Weekly reported that Kim Kardashian was not able to grace the red carper of MET Gala 2017 in New York City with Kanye West. According to the news outlet, the brother-in-law of Kylie Jenner was in Los Angeles at that time, which prohibited him on accompanying his wife during the prestigious event.

"Kanye is in L.A. and will not be attending tonight," an unnamed source revealed to Us Weekly. The publication stated that this is the very first time that Kim Kardashian has attended MET Gala without Kanye West.
