Motorola Moto E4 Plus Latest Leaks, Specs: Latest Leaked Images Shows 5000mAh Battery In Tow
Motorola has released two smartphones in the current year already. Now, the tech giant is rumored to launch a bunch of smartphones in coming days including the upgrades to last year's Moto E3 and Moto E3 Power, which are Moto E4 and E4 Plus.
Since the internet is filled with the several renders and leaks of smaller sibling Moto E4, right now some exclusive images of the Moto E4 Plus have been discovered by the Tech Droider. In the image, one picture shows that the back cover is removable, that will allow the user to swap out a dead battery for a fresh one.
According to leaked image, the SIM card tray and the microSD card slot are on the back panel, and the battery is removable as well. However, the speaker placement is a bit awkward though at the rear left of the phone.
Besides the huge smartphone, the Moto E4 Plus is said to carry a 5.5-inch screen with a 720 x 1280 HD resolution. The smartphone is also expected to have a MediaTek MT6737M SoC containing a quad-core 1.3GHz CPU, and the Mail-T720MP2 (600MHz) GPU. Moto E4 Plus will come with 2GB/3GB of RAM and 16GB of native storage.
According to Phone Arena, the Moto E4 Plus is expected to boast a 13MP rear-facing camera with a 5MP camera in front for selfies. The latest version of Android, 7.1.1 Nougat is said to come pre-installed in Moto E4 Plus. The smartphone is likely to launch first in Europe before making its way to other regions. It is speculated to be priced at the equivalent of $207 USD.
Earlier this month, the FCC documentation for the Motorola Moto E4 Plus revealed that the phone would carry a 5000mAh battery. While Motorola has shoehorned high capacity batteries into past DROID models, this would be the largest battery every carried by a Motorola handset eclipsing the 3900mAh cell found on the Motorola DROID Turbo.
