"The Leftovers" Season 3, Episode 3 picks up from where the show left off in Episode 2. It shows what happens on Kevin Garvey's father's trip to Australia. Will he find answers he is looking for?

According to the description of an episode titled "Crazy Whitefella Thinking," the anniversary of the Departure is fast approaching and it is the day when a predicted catastrophe occurs that devastates the world. In an attempt to save the world, Kevin's father goes on a quest to Australian Outback.

"With the clock ticking towards the anniversary of the Departure and emboldened by a vision that is either divine prophecy or utter insanity, Kevin Garvey, Sr. (Scott Glenn) wanders the Australian Outback in an effort to save the world from apocalypse," reads the official synopsis for "The Leftovers" Season 3, Episode 3 as on Spoiler TV.

The latest promo video for "The Leftovers" Season 3 teases the events of Episode 3. It shows how Kevin Garvey Sr. plans to prevent the apocalypse. In the clip, he reveals that he is looking for a purpose and that might be saving people from the impending apocalypse. He believes a great flood is coming and he must stop it.
