AMD Vega Radeon Release Date & Price: Fastest Chipset Coming in June With Enhanced Graphics For Gaming And Video Editing
AMD indirectly hinted the release date of AMD Vega Radeon. In a conversation with fans on Facebook, AMD commented that the upcoming chipset is going to debut this quarter which means April, May, and June. Although, we haven't heard anything from the company in April, It means that the high-speed chipset can make its appearance in May or June.
In a Facebook conversation, when fans have asked the admin to comment on updating its flagship chipset lineup, the company has commented that it will release when it will be ready and then it stated that "it will be this quarter." The comment has spread a wave of excitement amongst the AMD fans as they are waiting for the fastest AMD Vega Radeon.
AMD Vega Radeon is expected to launch in June with enhanced functionalities. The mid-range AMD lineup is going to compete with the NVIDIA's recently launched graphic cards like GTX 1080. Although the company didn't reveal any further clarification on the release and price, it can be expected that the graphic cards enthusiasts like gamers and videographers are having an eye on AMD Vega Radeon.
Previously, the company even demonstrated the high-end graphics of AMD Vega Radeon at the NAB show in Las Vegas. The demonstration showcased the greatest functionalities of the chipset. You can catch the demonstrate video here.
The company has even planned to release Radeon Pro Duo before launching AMD Vega Radeon in June. So, we can expect three graphic cards from the company within the period of two months. The two Radon cards will be integrated with 32GB of GDDR5 RAM and 72 compute units in order to provide 11.45 TFLOP.
According to Wccftech, the latest graphics of AMD can easily handle the video content up to 8K. The company has set the price of Radeon Pro Duo at nearly $1000. Although the company didn't clarify the price of AMD Vega Radeon, but we can expect it as low or more than $1000.
