Samsung Galaxy Book LTE Release Date, News & Update: Verizon Sells For $1,300, WiFi Only $630; Galaxy Book 12 Ships May 23

Samsung Galaxy Book LTE has been made available at Verizon Wireless stores last April 21. On the other hand, the WiFi versions are set to hit the general retailers on May 21.

The Samsung Galaxy Book LTE Is Selling At $1,300

Samsung Galaxy Book LTE comes in a 12-inch size, which is available at $1,300 over at Verizon. On the other hand, the pre-orders for the WiFi model has started on April 21, with the 10.6-inch going for $630 and the 12-inch for $1,130. Meantime, the silver-colored models are going to be made available in select retailers nationwide on May 21, while Best Buy will exclusively sell the Book in black color option.

Meanwhile, Samsung Galaxy Book, which is a power tablet that runs Windows 10 with a snap-on keyboard was launched at Mobile World Congress. However, its release date remains unknown since there has been no official word yet, Engadget reported.

Samsung Galaxy Book For Corporates Also Announced

Samsung Galaxy Book 12, which is another variant of the Galaxy Book has been announced as well, designed especially for the corporate sector. The device comes with a 12-inch display and while it packs some similar features found in the 12-inch consumer variant, it also includes Windows 10 Pro as well as the services and support of Samsung.

Meantime, the Samsung Galaxy Book 12 is WiFi only, which is offered at a higher price of $1,429 compared with the consumer variants. This may suggest that the companies may drop the enterprise variant and opt for the cheaper consumer variant instead.
