Windows 10 update

Windows 10 is Microsoft's latest update on the Windows OS. The software has undergone testing as it brings a number of new features.

Windows 10 Delivers The Best Features

The new Windows 10 brings change in the Cortana setup, with an easier guide for users to install the operations. Also, Cortana has been updated with new features such as easy keyboard, WiFi and speakers installation. Meantime, the Windows privacy setting has been made better through the Online Windows Privacy Dashboard, wherein users will be asked to log in to Account.Microsoft.Com/Privacy and get help via Learn More and Know your Privacy Settings subheading.

Windows 10 is also upgrading the "Game Mode" experience, specifically in the Xbox app, where Microsoft is enabled to maximize the Game Mode function and give priority to the GPU's and CPU's energy for Game Mode activities. In addition, the Windows Start Menu has been revived, while Internet Explorer has been replaced by Microsoft Edge.

In the new Windows 10, multiple desktops become handy when working simultaneously with lots of different documents online. Also, Cortana's regular reminders are seen helpful for notifying users of scheduled activities.

Windows 10 Window Themes, meanwhile, will be used again so users can download photos from the Net through "Get More Themes in the Store" link. Additionally, the Inking Maps feature will allow the users to plot the distance between two points via a virtual and colored felt tip pen, ARNnet reported.

Major Windows 10 Updates To Release Every March And September

Two major Windows 10 updates were announced last year by Microsoft to come for 2017. Following the recent shipment of the company's Creators Update, reports suggest that the next major release is set to arrive in September.

The twice-per-year feature release schedule for Windows 10 seems to suggest Microsoft's commitment to its users. With that, future updates will be coming in March and September every year, and as revealed by the company, every feature release is going to be serviced and supported for 18 months, The Verge reported.
