Aeon Dream Studios, a small US-based outfit of developers, is working closely with the BTS ARMY fandom to make the BTS-inspired video game "To The Edge of the Sky" available in more languages. The move is intended to widen the reach of K-pop group BTS around the world. It is also set to make the video game available in mobile and iPhone as well.

According to an earlier interview with Aeon Dream Studios CEO Ajané J.K. Celestin, they were inspired to develop BTS video game after interacting with ARMY, the BTS' official fandom online. The CEO said there was a massive enthusiasm for the project so being K-pop fans themselves, they wanted to cater to the clamor of the devoted fandom, Daily Dot reported.

"BTS don't have fan meets here in the U.S. like they do in Korea," Aeon Dream CEO Celestin said. "We hope that this game might be able to help English-speaking fans feel closer to BTS, 'spend time with them' in a way."

That is why the game is now available in Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, German, French, and Polish to make the game accessible to BTS fans in different regions. The Aeon Dream Studios team is also working closely with ARMY translators to develop in Russian, Thai, Dutch and Danish versions of the game in their future updates, SBS Pop Asia reported.

Aeon Dream Studio's blog entry also announced that they are close to finishing the "To the Edge of the Sky" Android and iPhone versions to make the BTS game available in more platforms. The development team also teased that a famous YouTuber has recently completed his playthrough for the game. They, however, refused to disclose the identity of the YouTuber to keep ARMY in suspense for a while longer.

"To the Edge of the Sky" is a video game that takes place in 2077 that employs characters based on BTS members who are part of a secret government organization called P.H.A.N.T.A.S.M. The characters will feature real life characteristics and personalities of BTS members while the game also incorporates concepts used by BTS in their concerts and music videos.
