“BTS” together with the CEO of Big Hit Entertainment has recently been interviewed by Billboard for their ongoing success and future plans. In the interview, the group also shared the messages they want to convey to their fans and how they have influenced the industry. Then also talked about their feelings and how their fans can relate to it.

According to reports, Suga said the generation today are going through social and political issues which are something that they as a group also feels the same way. For that reason, the group wants to use their songs to cheer their fans by expressing their feelings and emotions. Rap Monster also said that talking about feelings is very important and the group makes that possible by showing it through their voices.

“BTS” also talked about their Wings album, particularly Rap Monster and Jin’s solo tracks. Jin said the solo track was their way to share their individual and personal story presented in a manner where they excel. The solo tracks were very important for the group so they all worked hard for it. Rap Monster said their individual music gives them a chance to express their “personalities and characters” too.

And since Billboard is an American press, they were also asked about their future plans in the U.S. market. Big Hit Entertainment CEO Bang Si Hyuk said he believes releasing a complete English song in the U.S. is not for “BTS”. The group, just like most K-pop artist, must concentrate on the skills where they are good at which is K-pop. However, producers can add an International touch in the music so U.S. fans can also connect with the song.

It can be remembered that “BTS” sold out their tour in the U.S. that ended last April 2. According to reports, there was about 60,000 people who came to watch the group. In addition, their latest album, Wings, is the first K-pop group to reach the top 40 of Billboard 200. In Korea, the group ranked first in the brand reputation in the country for the 5th consecutive month.
