Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas would be having a tour next summer titled "Future Now: The Tour" which they have announced on Monday, according to Entertainment Weekly.
The Singers will visit 40 cities within North America and the tour is produced by Live Nation that will start on June 26, 2016. The announcement garnered positive and negative reactions from their fans, reported on US Weekly.
"The most important thing is taking the show on the road and getting to share this experience with all the fans that have supported this music for the past, you know, couple of years," the "Confident" singer told Good Morning America, as cited by Entertainment Weekly. The "Jealous" singer continued that they have been friends and business partners for a very long time, made their way in creating individual success and now is the time to tour together.
Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas have starred together in a 2008 Disney's TV Movie "Camp Rock". They both own the Safehouse music label and being managed by the same company. Demi Lovato dated Nick Jonas's older brother Joe back in 2010, according to US Weekly.
Nick told Elvis Duran that they "working hard to make the best tour possible," although the dates are subject to future change, according to Billboard. He said that fans will be expecting many costume changes jokingly said, "I'm going to have two more costume changes than Demi," according to E.
Lovato and Jonas are in a rumored spark of romance, although Demi has no confirmation or has revealed anything but she said that happiness is her top priority. Demi was asked about her opinion about Nick getting back with Selena Gomez and she answered that "he should do whatever he thinks is best." According to E.
