Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk is supporting a brain-computer interface venture called Neuralink. The company is still in the earliest stages of existence and has no public presence. It is centered on creating devices that can be implanted in the human brain with the eventual purpose of helping them merge with software.

This is the best way to combine human beings with the artificial intelligence. This technology could improve memory or allow for more direct interfacing with computing devices. The CEO has hinted that Neuralink has emerged since last six months. Recently, The Verge reported that Elon Musk has dedicated to the crowd in Dubai that over time he thinks he will probably see a closer merger of biological intelligence and digital intelligence.

The SpaceX CEO has further stated that the technology is mostly about the bandwidth, the speed of the connection between the brain and the digital version of human beings. The CEO even responded on social media with fans who were inquiring about his progress on Neural lace, which is a sci-fi shorthand for a brain with computer interface which humans could use to improve their memory.

We have seen these types of brain-computer interfaces in the Sci-fi movies. But who knows, that Mr. Elon Musk is preparing to produce one for human beings. There are many futurists along with Musk who are interested in investing millions of dollars to kick off the idea. One of the startups created by Braintree is also trying to enhance human cognition, according to CNN.

Johnson one of the founders of Neuralink stated that "We know if we put a chip in the brain and release electrical signals, that we can ameliorate symptoms of Parkinson's. It works with the brain the same way we work with other complex biological systems like biology and genetics." He even shared that many years of medical research is also necessary to better understand the human brain to pioneer the new techniques and implant devices.
