Seeing that there are only two episodes remaining in the "Chief Kim" K-drama series, fans would be excited to know that the show is ready to be featured as a book. The famous KBS 2TV's popular comedy-drama has been a big hit among fans. But, with just two episodes remaining, there was gloomy atmosphere towards the return of everyone's favorite show.

However, looking at the enthusiastic response from the fans towards "Chief Kim," KBS Media has decided to publish a book related to the show. The book is reportedly noted to cover work life tips for fans. A tentative title for the book has been revealed, which is named as, "Chief Kim's Work Book."

KBS Media is all set to publish the book in April, which will also feature all the illustrated episode end scenes, best lines, and other major scenes of interest. According to Soompi, the task for drawing the illustrations has been given to the WebToon artist, Yang Kyung Soo. Soo is not new to the comedy-drama "Chief Kim" and has collaborated on previous occasions with the series. His work involved the creation of the ending scenes for each of the episodes of the K-drama, which is why he is fit for the job of illustrations for the upcoming book. As per source, this is the first collaboration between a WebToon and a Drama.

"Chief Kim's" recent success with the high ratings has earned the cast a paid vacation as well. KBS Media has been noted to send the cast for a vacation for a four day, three night stay in Cébu in the Philippines. But, the location plan is still a tentative one. The final "Chief Kim" episode is seasoned to air on March 30, 2017, which is why the cast deserves a vacation after the show ends.
