GOT7 News: Jackson Rejoins GOT7 Activities After Collapsing At Fan Signing Event
After missing most of their comeback events after collapsing at a fan signing, GOT7"s Jackson is finally all better. JYP Entertainment officially made the announcement of his comeback through a statement.
According to a report by SBS Pop Asia, GOT7's Jackson will be returning to his regular schedule and rejoin the rest of GOT7 for their activities starting March 25. JYP Entertainment extended its gratitude for all the fans who have given their love and support. "We will continue to consider our artist's health first and foremost for future schedules," JYP Entertainment promised.
It can be recalled that last March 11, GOT7's Jackson collapsed during the fan signing portion of an event entitled "Excursion with GOT7" intended for the group's Japanese fans. Some of the fans recounted that the singer was already looking ill during the performance but soldiered on because he didn't want to let the fans down.
Because of this, GOT7's Jackson was already unable to join the hi-touch event. He later returned for the fan signing where he eventually collapsed. When he was taken backstage, it was reported that he even vomited before he was taken to the hospital.
GOT7's Jackson was originally ordered to get some rest and return to his normal activities last March 19 but it was announced that the doctors ordered him to extend his rest to fully recover. Now, the doctors have given him a clean bill of health and will resume his schedule along with the rest of GOT7.
GOT7 recently released their successful comeback album "Flight Log: Arrival" which received a lot of positive response from their fans. They will be flying to Australia for a three-city event GOT7 Global Fan Meeting this April but because of popular demand, JYP Entertainment has added a stop in Perth on April 24, Hello Asia reported. The MV for GOT7's title track has so far been viewed over 16 million times.
