'Greys Anatomy' Season 13 Spoilers: Ellen Pompeo Promises To Make Everyone Cry; Is Another Character About To Die?

Fans are wondering if the upcoming episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 13 on Match 30 will feature another character death.  Lead character Ellen Pompeo, who plays Meredith Grey in the series, will be directing an episode for the first time and she promises that the episode will "make everybody cry."

In a report by TVLine, Pompeo shared that she wasn't nervous about her first time directing Grey's Anatomy because she had a great cast of actors and the support of director-producer-actress Debbie Allen who convinced her to take on the task. She said she was more concerned about the technical aspects of directing more than anything else.

Grey's Anatomy fans are quite nervous about Pompeo's  statement because the show has a reputation for pulling the rug out from under their viewers. Among the most surprising character deaths in the show are that of T.R. Knight who played Dr. George O' Malley and Patrick Dempsey who played Meredith's other half Dr. Derek Shepherd after many other instances of escaping death.  Fans are worried that Pompeo's promise to make them cry may involve another beloved character's death.

Meanwhile, it seems that Jackson and April's relationship may reach a different level in Grey's Anatomy Season 13. After hooking up in Montana, the exes are currently at odds about whether or not to pursue a romantic relationship since they have already tried but failed to make it work before. Although it seems that they have a better understanding of each other now,  they have a good chance to be okay no matter what happens, The Hollywood Reporter reported.

"...these two people, there's so much love and respect there, and whether it moves toward romance or stays platonic, we know these two are going to be OK and they will always be one another's 'person,' Sarah Drew who plays April Kepner, said. Jesse Jackson, who plays Avery is leaning more towards a continued romance for the pair.
