"This Is Us" Season 1 finale will air on March 14, Monday, on NBC, with episode 18 titled "Moonshadow." The episode will focus heavily on Jack Pearson (Milo Ventimiglia) and Rebecca Pearson (Mandy Moore).

Viewers are eager to know how Jack dies. They will see him in "Moonshadow" in the 1970s when he and chad not met yet.

In an interview with E! News, Moore responded to the fan theory on the death of Jack Pearson (Milo Ventimiglia). Some viewers speculate that Rebecca and Miguel (Jon Huertas) want to be together in the present so they colluded to kill Jack.

"No way," Moore said after hearing the fan theory. "People are bananas. That is crazy."

The death of Jack was described by Moore as a "monumental event for the family." Aside from the death, the first season finale is expected to feature several story arcs and cliffhanger as the show has for two more seasons.
