American rock band Panic! at the Disco announced their new studio album titled "Death of a Bachelor," which is slated for January 15 release next year according to Rolling Stone.

However, with vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Brendon Urie being the only remaining member of the band, the upcoming Panic! at the Disco's new album will also be the first one without founding member Spencer Smith. He officially left the band this year due to his struggles with drug and alcohol abuse.

However, the band's current predicament did not stop Urie, 28, to continue working on Panic! at the Disco's new studio album. He expressed his thoughts on Facebook, writing how he got on music to his fans.

"When I was 10 or 11, I built myself a drum kit in the garage made out of empty laundry detergent buckets, old lawn chairs, pain cans and old trash cans," he wrote. "Around that time, my parents got me my first guitar... I jumped between all of these instruments constantly to satisfy the ideas I heard in my head. At this young age, I realized that music would play a huge part in my life. I had no idea."

The track list for "Death of a Bachelor" is also revealed. The album contained 11 tracks, with the single "Hallelujah" listed in the 3rd spot. Here are the song titles as revealed by Kerrang!:

1. Victorious

2. Don't Threaten Me With A Good Time

3. Hallelujah

4. Emperor's New Clothes

5. Death Of A Bachelor

6. Crazy=Genius

7. LA Devotee

8. Golden Days

9. The Good, The Bad And The Dirty

10. House Of Memories

11. Impossible Year

Panic! at the Disco was formed in 2004 by Ryan Ross and Spencer Smith. Their debut album, "A Fever You Can't Sweat Out," was released a year later in September, selling over 2 million copies in the US alone. Former members include Jon Walker and Dallon Weekes, though he still joins the band as a touring member.
