Brangelina Divorce Update: Brad Pitt Contacts Ex Wife Jennifer Aniston?

The Brangelina divorce continues to soar on the Internet. However, the latest reports might be a shocker especially for those who are hopeful for the couple. A source revealed that Brad Pitt tries to communicate with ex-wife Jennifer Aniston amidst the bitter ordeal.

According to an insider, the texting began after estranged wife Angelina Jolie filed the divorce papers in September. The source alleges that Pitt did not have Aniston's number so he tried to track it down despite the height of reports regarding the Brangelina divorce. He had reportedly done that in order to greet Aniston a happy birthday on February 11.

But furthermore, the insider claimed that Pitt confided to her about the difficulties of the Brangelina divorce. "Brad told her he's having a hard time with his split and they exchanged a few texts reminiscing about the past," quotes OK! Magazine.

However, it turns out that the Friends alum has been nice to her ex-husband. Even her current beau Justin Theroux is allegedly fine with the communication, according to the source. The magazine has been contacting both of them regarding the issue and the updates about the Brangelina divorce.

Notably, the Brangelina divorce left the six children- Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 12, Shiloh, 10 and eight-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox in the full custody of their mother. The court granted Pitt with visitation rights along with counseling.

There have been rumors as well that the Brangelina divorce boils down to Pitt's alcohol and substance abuse, as well with their problems regarding his parenting methods. The estranged couple did not confirm nor deny the reports.

For the first time in months, the mother of six opened up about the ordeal behind the Brangelina divorce. "We are focusing on the health of our family, and so we will be stronger when we come out of this because that's what we're determined to do as a family," she told Good Morning America.
