'Chief Kim' Spoilers: Kim Seong-ryong Creates Team For Special Project, But Unsure Of Success; Lead Star Namgoong Shares Reason For Popularity

"Chief Kim" features the return of Namgoong Min to the office to continue with the revival project. Spoilers reveal that the lead character will be in trouble.

On the next episode of "Chief Kim," Kim Seong-ryong, who is portrayed by Namgoong Min, is seen on his way out following his resignation. Jang Yoo-seon then sends him a message, telling him to go to the board of directors' meeting. There, Kim  tells her his plan to revive the TQ Delivery service, including the offer of 100 million won to begin and another 200 million if he succeeds.

"Chief Kim" spoilers further reveal that Kim creates a TF team for this project, but faces a difficult start, as Seo-yool tries to interfere with the project. Using his authority, Seo-yool tells Kim he only has two weeks to finish, or the accounting department will be broken down. At that point, Kim feels something strange about the TQ Delivery Company, like something is being hidden.

With only two weeks to finish the project, "Chief Kim" fans now wonder if Kim and his team would succeed. Meantime, Seo-yool and Park Hyeon-do were trying to prevent the project from getting started, while the Chinese investors have yet to approve it, HanCinema reported.

Meanwhile, Namgoong Min talked about his drama "Chief Kim" and explains the show's popularity. According to the TV actor, the secret to its popularity is in the humor and how it makes the viewers relate to it. He further noted that the story is easy to understand by any ordinary viewer since they can have fun watching the show without thinking much.

"Chief Kim's" viewer rating was initially at 7.8 percent, but climbed up to 16. 7 percent after six episodes. That said, reports suggest that it performs much better compared to the rival drama "Saimdang, Light's Diary."
