Hwayoung Pulled Out Of A Production Team Presentation Of 'Father Is Strange' Due To Her Recent Scandal

Hwayoung has been involved in a serious controversy lately and this may have caused her more than what she has been expecting. Recently, the 24-year-old rapper and actress was set to come at the production team's presentation of "Father Is Strange" but was pulled out because of her scandal.

As reported by Koreaboo, a representative of the new KBS drama, "Father Is Strange" has verified the issue about the absence of Ryu Hwayoung from the production team presentation that will happen on Feb. 28. Originally, the Lovey-Dovey" singer was set to attend, however, was decided to be pulled out of the presentation. Aside from Hwayoung, other main cast members who will not be present in the event are Lee Joon Hyuk, Ahn Hyo Seob, Min Jin Woong, and Lee Mi Do.

Hwayoung, whose twin is Hyunyoung, was recently involved in the T-ara's bullying scandal. The scandal happened a long time ago but has re-emerged due to a new evidence, shedding light on the unfortunate situation. Apart from Hwayoung and Hyunyoung, Areum was also involved as the victim of the said bullying. However, despite making things better, it has gone worse due to Hwayoung's unfavorable response in her social media.

Apparently, the "Love Forecast" star has chosen not to keep quite, instead very vocal about her sentiments on her Instagram. This made the scandal a lit bit hotter as fans condemned her on her acts. But still, Hwayoung has proven to stay strong after all the scandal and hatred that she has received.

The new Korean drama, "Father Is Strange" will star Kim Young Chul, Lee Joon, and Kim Hae Sook. It centers on an actor who has left his idol group and ran on a family consisting of for children. The show will be aired on KBS starting March 4, 2017.
