Fans of Michael Schumacher remain confused on the current health status of the Formula One legend. Now, new reports are claiming that the German racer cannot walk, which discrediting the claims that he is now out of coma.

Daily Star reported that the family of Michael Schumacher is very willing to sue German magazine called Bunte for claiming that the Formula One legend could now walk. As a matter of fact, Felix Damm, who is the lawyer of the German racer's family, has denied the speculations that the athlete is now getting better.

Aside from that, Felix Damm has also said that Bunte Magazine has invaded the privacy of Michael Schumacher. "Unfortunately we are forced by a recent press report to clarify that the assertion that Michael could move again is not true," Sabine Kehm has revealed about the current health status of the Formula One legend.

"Such speculation is irresponsible, because given the seriousness of his injuries, his privacy is very important. Unfortunately they also give false hopes to many involved people," Sabine Kehm added on. It can be recalled that reports about Michael Schumacher being able to walk and talk again have spread like wildfire.

There have been reports claiming that Michael Schumacher is totally recovering from being unconscious after the tragic accident he met in French Alps in 2013.  In fact, ex-Ferrari Technical Director Ross Brawn has revealed that the Formula One legend has shown some positive signs, which gave to his loved ones.

Ross Brawn has also shared he visits the Formula One legend whenever he is free. However, the close pal of Michael Schumacher has highlighted that fans and critics of the German racer should respect the privacy that the family wants.

At the moment, the family of Michael Schumacher is currently fighting against Bunte Magazine in court. It has been reported that Tanja May, chief editor of the German publication, has presented evidence this week in the Hamburg Trial.
