Samsung Galaxy S8 image was shown off this weekend, giving a glimpse of the flagship phone  with a case. The recent leak came from tipster Evan Blass.

While the Samsung Galaxy S8 case is still unclear where it came from, the photo gives a clear look at the phone's front and back design. Based on the leaked image, the bezels at the side have been reduced to just about nothing, while the fingerprint scanner has been placed to the rear side, next to the camera.

Samsung Galaxy S8 leaked images are believed to be accurate, given the reputation of its source. Also, the photos are also reported to the match with the other leaks that were released in the past. Meantime, rumors claim that the release date for the upcoming Galaxy S8 is set in March.

Other Samsung Galaxy S8 rumors that have emerged online concern the battery of the new smartphone. There are speculations that Samsung is likely to fit some of the S8 devices with battery packs being supplied by Sony, which makes it the third battery supplier, along with Samsung SDI and Murata Manufacturing. There are also rumors suggesting that Samsung plans to diversify its battery suppliers to prevent the same incident that involved the Galaxy Note 7, TechRadar reported.

Samsung Electronics Co. is believed to add a third battery supplier for the next flagship smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S8. This is according to some inside sources who are familiar with the matter, claiming that the world's biggest phone manufacturing seeks to prevent a repeat of last year's disastrous recall that involved the Galaxy Note 7 battery.

Samsung, the South Korean company, will reportedly use lithium-ion battery packs from Sony Corp. for the Samsung Galaxy S8, aside from its two other longtime battery suppliers, WSJ reported. Watch Samsung Galaxy S8 Leaked Image here:
