The health condition of F1 racer Michael Schumacher has been kept under the raps for more than three years now. However, a recent update had to be given out in the terms of a trial being held against a German publication over invasion of privacy and false reports.

It can be recalled that the Schumacher family had sued a German publication called "Bunte" after it gave out false reports claiming that F1 legend Michael Schumacher was able to walk again. Thus, in line with this, the family lawyer had to release a statement on the health update of Michael Schumacher in order for their case against the publication to win. During their trial, Felix Damm, the Schumacher family lawyer said on court that "He cannot walk," referring to the Michael Schumacher and his health condition after his accident back in December 2013.

It can be recalled that the great F1 legend Michael Schumacher suffered an accident while skiing in the Alps back at the end of year 2013. The racer suffered a head injury that caused him to stay in a coma for six months after the accident. Upon waking up, he was then transferred to their home in Geneva, and has stayed there until this date. His health has been monitored 24/7 by medical professionals at home and reports have claimed that he still could not talk until now. However, he has some very minor responses to his family, crying is allegedly one of them.

Despite the family's best effort to keep Michael's recovery as private as possible, some fans feel like they still want to be involved with it, including the media. Thus, in order to prove that the statement made by the German publication was indeed false, they needed to give out an official statement about his condition. Nevertheless, after the trial, they strongly urge for everyone; fans and the media alike, to honor their request of privacy amidst the slow recovery of the F1 legend, Michael Schumacher.
