Meeting senior colleagues can be a very daunting task especially for newbie actors. Recently, BTS' V revealed his scary first impression of "Hwarang" star Park Seo Joon that prevented the singer from getting close to the South Korean actor.

BTS band member Kim Tae Hyung, also known as V, made his acting debut in the KBS historical drama "Hwarang." With a star-studded cast that included a mix of veteran celebrities and singer turned actors such as Shinee's Min Ho and ZE: A's Park Hyung Sik, the Kpop idol had a challenging time adapting to a new working environment.

BTS' V revealed in a recent interview that after meeting his "Hwarang" co-stars for the first time, he was most scared of Park. Declining to mention details, the Kpop idol commented that he had difficulties trying to get close to the actor given his first impression, Koreaboo quoted the actor as saying.

However, after spending more time with Park and other cast members, his initial apprehensions disappeared. BTS' V even gushed over the "She Was Pretty" actor and described him as a friendly and "cool" guy.

Other lead stars of the KBS historical drama also complimented Park. They even revealed how the actor already treated them to a delicious lunch several times.

Meanwhile, BTS' V recently shared his thoughts about "Hwarang" and portraying the character Hansung. Highlighting how the KBS production and his co-stars taught him a lot about acting, he also stated that was able to create "beautiful memories" with the drama's cast and crew members, All Kpop reported.

Given that the said drama was his first foray into acting, the singer also confessed that he felt "burdened" and nervous with his role. However, his co-stars, as well as members of the production team, helped him to adjust to his new career as an actor.

"Hwarang" will air its final two episodes on Feb. 20 and Feb. 21 on KBS.
