LG Smartwatch Details Leaked: Release Date And Specs Revealed
LG is releasing two smartwatches on Feb. 8 at the official launch of Android Wear 2.0 event. However, leaks of its design have been going around online for months now and a lot of experts are calling it boring.
Phone Arena reported that LG is revealing their new smartwatch products in the same day that Google is launching their highly anticipated Android Wear 2.0. It is an operating system that will cater to a lot of wearable products.
The new batch of smartwatches will be called the LG Watch Style and so far, their designs are not pleasing a lot of people. Tech experts are expectant that its design would be remarkable since it is supposed to be stylish because of its name.
The leak also showed the box, which didn't help in gaining good attention to the product because it looked just quite an ordinary watch. The watch's face is round and users could find a button located on its side for adjusting the time and features. It basically just looks like a typical watch.
News Leakite also posted this design of the new LG smartwatch and they too have the same comment regarding its aesthetics. It is going to be available in various colors and Korea was the one responsible for its creation.
There are no words about its features just yet but the word on the street is that LTE or GPS won't even be available on this one. A heart rate monitor is also not possible to be part of it and its price sounds not reasonable for its worth, which is $249.
These are just information from the box that was leaked, so who knows if LG is just keeping a surprise for their prospective buyers. The only time to find out is once the company has it released on Feb. 8.
