Another Set Of 'Injustice 2' Beta Codes Will Be Released This Week; NetherRealm Presents The New Gear System
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and NetherRealm have just released the second set of beta codes last week. Unfortunately, the beta codes quickly ran out due to the fact that several players worldwide have registered for the "Injustice 2" beta play.
The "Injustice 2" beta play started almost two weeks ago January 24th. Thousands of players around the world have gathered to take advantage of the "Injustice 2" early access via the Beta Play.
According to the Tech 52, NetherRealm is planning to release another set of code early first week of February, but again, it will be limited. The developer tends to launch a beta play for the "Injustice 2" before the official release. This is to see how the game would perform so they can anticipate the bugs and issues that need to be addressed before the official launch.
NetherRealm once released a statement on the Warner Bros. community forums earlier this week. The developer said that they are very thankful that the beta play is a major success, it will be used to ensure the stability of the game before the final release.
"Injustice 2" features a massive list of characters, including the recurring cast along with some new names. NetherRealm was able to tease last week that they planned to add some third-party characters and for that, fans are expecting some characters from Mortal Kombat as per the Inquistr reported.
"Injustice 2" is also proud to present the all new Gear System. It is a feature similar to the looting system derived from RPG games. Players could acquire some items after every match, they will be able to loot some of the best costumes and gears to customize each character.
Looted gears will alter the physical appearance of the characters, especially their outfits. Set items can be acquired piece by piece, in which it also provides a boost on character stats and effects
The "Injustice 2" will hit the market this coming May 16th. It will be released on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
