'Dishonored' 2 Second Update Is Set To Release On January 18th; New Features Has Been Revealed
"Dishonored" 2 Update 2 is about to release in the next two days, featuring some enhancement on the game's difficulty. Difficulty customization is the focus of the patch that the Bethesda Softworks worked on.
The new "Dishonored" 2 updates 2 will allow its players to customize the game's difficulty, not only its level but in more advanced options. A new option will allow the players to use a set of sliders to mess around with and have the game set to their own preference.
With this update, players will now have the convenience of playing the game in the way that they want. This can maximize their playing skills and tactics since they will have to utilize all the options provided for the game.
In a report held by the Mobile N Apps, it was confirmed that the game will also have the Iron Mode. With this new game mode, "Dishonored" 2 auto-saving will be disabled, as well as the auto-load feature.
The Iron Mode also contains a special feature called the Permadeath. The Permadeath is derived from the words "Permanent Death," which means, dying will result in a game restart, no mission select, and level restart.
Moreover, the PC Gamer also confirmed that the level select option is included in the new "Dishonored" 2 update. It is the option that every player demand since last year, which was first seen in the first installment of the series.
Players will not have the ability to select the mission that they want to re-play to maximize the scores and achievement that can be acquired on each mission. Bethesda Softworks responded to the fans as they added the feature very quickly.
The upcoming "Dishonored" 2 updates will be available on Steam, which will be launched for free. The new update will be applied to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC version.
