The "Charmed" Ones, a story of the Halliwell's magic put together known as the "Power of Three" is being reimagined to return on the CW network. The Executive Producer of Jane The Virgin, Jennie Snyder Urman is behind the revival of the most powerful good witches trio of all time. Each of the Halliwell sisters have different magical powers that each has to hide and keep as a secret.

According to Variety, "Charmed" an American magic and supernatural series used to be aired from 1998 to 2006 on the WB (now known as the CW) for straight eight seasons. Starring all female leads, Alyssa Milano (as Phoebe), Holly Marie Combs (Piper) and Shannen Doherty (as Prue), the series featured the witches' magic as they battled against evil forces.

"Charmed" will be put back on the TV screen as a reboot of the original series on a small village in New England set in 1976, as reported by TVLine. The production will be a joint effort of Urman as EP and writer with Jessica O'Toole and Amy Rardin. The team will also be working with Ben Silverman of Propagate Content and Brad Silberling will be the director of the revival.

It can be recalled that "Charmed", ranked number one on The WB now CW for ten long years of showing the supernatural evil-fighting adventures of the "Power of Three". It was created by Constance M. Burge and produced by the multi-awarded Aaron Spelling. The re-imagined series will hopefully be more powerful than the original series, with Urman on the helm of the show.
