Song Il Kook’s Son Man Sae Brings Home A Love Letter!
Actor Song Il Kook revealed that his kindergarten son Man Sae brought home a love letter from school.
Song Il Kook uploaded a photo Thursday of four-year-old Man Sae on Instagram. The photo shows the youngest of the triplets holding up a letter and another hand pointing to his well-known mischievous smile.
"Today! A charming Man Sae who brought home a love letter," wrote the doting 45-year-old father.
The love letter read, "Song Man Sae oppa, let's play together. I like you."
The actor behind the widely popular 2007 historical drama "Jumong" created his Instagram account only last March. He admitted that it surprised him to reach more than a million followers in just a span of two weeks. He attributes this to his sons' immense popularity.
He and his fraternal triplets sons Dae Han, Min Guk and Man Sae joined the variety show "The Return of Superman" from July 6, 2014 to February 7, 2016. The adorable triplets immediately captivated the viewers' hearts and spurred numerous commercials.
The show revealed that free-spirited Man Sae - as he came to be known - turned out to be the most popular among the triplets when it came to girls. He also shared romantic moments with cast member Choo Sarang, the daughter of mixed martial artist Choo Sung-hoon and Japanese model Shiho Yano.
Song Il Gook admitted to reading comments on social media about his sons.
"I do not read them often. I do not read ones about me, however, I do read comments about my triplets," he said in an interview, as reported by kpopmusic.
The triplets names translated to "Long Live the Republic of Korea!" He confessed that he worried over his son Man Sae's name.
"Actually, I came up with different names but since they are boys, their names became like this. (I also decided to go with that name) because the name was stuck on my lips for ten months," the actor told SBS Power FM's "Cultwo Show," according to Soompi.
"In fact, I worried a lot because of Man Se but seeing his personality, I think he'll endure well."
