First Trailer of ‘Hwarang: The Beginning’ Released!

BTS’ V’s character in the upcoming KBS drama ‘Hwarang’ was recently introduced.

KBS finally released the first trailer of "Hwarang: The Beginning." The trailer was brief but loaded, definitely enough to satisfy the curiosity of the waiting fans.

In the first trailer of "Hwarang: The Beginning," you can catch a glimpse of Silla's finest young men, or the 'Hwarang's', including Park Seo Joon, ZE:A's Hyungsik, SHINee's Minho, Do Ji Han, BTS's V, Jo Yoon Woo, and more. It gives fans a glimpse of the much-awaited historical drama. first

"Hwarang: The Beginning" (also known as Flower Knights: The Beginning and Hwarang: The Beautiful Knights) will tell the story of a group of young men who grow through passion and love in Seorabeol, the capital of the Kingdom of Silla. 'Hwarang', which literally means "Flowering Knights", is an elite group of male youth during that time.

The pilot episode of 'Hwarang: The Beginning' will be on December 19, 2016, and, with 20 episodes, is expected to end on February 21, 2017. It will air on KBS2 every Mondays and Tuesdays, 22:00 KST (taking over the slot of "Sweet Stranger and Me").

The first script reading for the drama took place last March 2016. They have to do the script reading in two separate sessions. Filming for the drama began on March 31, 2016, and it ended on September 1, 2016.
