SHINee's Minho Shares Thoughts on His Fellow Members, Friend Song Joong Ki
SHINee member Minho revealed his thoughts about his group, members, friends, and his excitement for his new drama.
According to a report from Soompi, Minho posed for a photoshoot for Star1 Magazine for its November issue. In the interview, the idol discussed SHINee's new album "1 Of 1" and his upcoming drama titled "Hwarang: The Beginning" which will be aired on December.
He was asked regarding the closeness and relationship of the SHINee members and he answered, "Between the members, we always give our opinions and we work to match each other. Instead of focusing on one person to do well, we all work together. It seems like SHINee's charms do not grow old. I think SHINee's charms are that even as time passes, we stay fresh and youthful. I hope that does not change even in the future."
On his new drama, which also stars Park Seo Joon, Go Ara, and Park Hyung Sik, he stated, "I never thought that I will become this close with the actors that I work with. Even though we finished filming, we have already met up a few times and eaten and hung out together. It is difficult to meet actors around the same age as me and become close while filming so it was interesting to me and for that reason. I was able to have such a fun time filming."
When Minho guested on the TV program "Problematic Men," he revealed that he is close with Song Joong Ki and he was able to befriend other prominent actors and personalities through him. The idol explained that he became close with Song Joong Ki when they were regular cast members on "Let's Go Dream Team 2." He also said that he got close to actors Jo In Sung, Kim Ki Bang, Im Joo Hwan, Kim Woo Bin, and EXO's D.O. because of the "Descendants of the Sun" actor.
When asked about who is the smartest among all his friends, Minho responded, "In my opinion, I think it would have to be Song Joong Ki. He really is intelligent. When we talk, he is very logical. Even if we say the same things, he has this way of explaining his exact reasoning when he speaks. He not only sounds clever but he actually is smart in real life. He is also really gentle."
