It is directed by Kim Kyu-Tae and starring popular actors in South Korea including Lee Joon-gi, Kang Ha-neul, Nam Joo-hyuk, Ji Soo, Byun Baekhyun, Hong Jong-hyun, and the female lead actress, IU.

The drama is a story about a girl named Hae Soo (IU) who traveled back in time to the Goryeo Dynasty where she meets the Wang family's princes. The love story begins when Hae Soo falls in love to the 4th prince Wang So (Lee Joon-gi).

In the latest episode aired last Tuesday, Fans have expressed their emotions about the heavy scenes that happened in the episode 10 and episode 11 of the drama. On the episode 11, Wang So drank the poison in order to save the lives of Hae Soo and the Crown Prince.

Wang Wook can't do anything to save Hae Soo because his sister, Yeon Hwa was involved in the plan of poisoning the Crown Prince. Court Lady Oh, saved Hae Soo from the death punishment by talking to the King and offering her life instead of Hae Soo.
