BTS Jungkook Spotted Watching Students Cover Of ‘Boys In Luv’ At Hongdae
BTS member Jungkook was spotted at Hongdae watching a students' cover performance of "Boys In Luv."
A special memory for Jungkook was captured on a video showing him stumbled across the group of students performing his group's songs.
Jeon Jungkook is a member of the South Korean boy group Bangtan Boys or BTS which debuted in 2013. Jungkook is the youngest member of the group so the members called him "golden maknae". He is a rapper, singer, and dancer as well.
BTS is composed of seven group members produced by BigHit Entertainment. For three straight years, the group had difficulty in gaining popularity and establishing their name. However, currently, BTS is one of the most popular male idol groups in South Korea and they even gaining popularity around the world as well. The group has a huge fandom with the name "ARMY". This is the term used for calling the fans of BTS.
One of the BTS members, Jungkook, was recently spotted in Hongdae, which is one of the most popular neighborhoods in South Korea. While he was walking in the streets of Hongdae, he saw a group of young men dancing a cover performance of BTS. The song "Boys In Luv" was originally released by BTS in 2014.
Fans recorded the moment where Jungkook was amazed by the students' performance. Some fans approached him but he immediately asks them to wait for the performance to be finished because he wants to enjoy the students' cover performance of their song.
Jungkook confirmed that he visited Hongdae through a tweet he posted saying "I visited Hongdae today and it was very crowded. There were a lot of cool people, and I should work harder. Sleep tight everyone and let's hwaiting tomorrow. This heart is a gift for you. I miss you Army."
From video clips posted by fans, Jungkook continued to stay around the area to watch more performances before leaving.
Furthermore, Jungkook together with the BTS members are currently working for the release of the group's second album "WINGS" in October.
