Kim Jong-Un issues ban on sarcasm.

Chairman Kim Jong-un issued ban on sarcasm in North Korea.

The said ban is speculated to be due to his fear that people's approval towards him is only an irony, The Independent reported.

Citizens are now prohibited to make sarcastic comments about the totalitarian regime and leader Kim Jong-un in mundane conversations. Indirect criticisms against the government is also forbidden.

Warnings about the issue are already circulating across the country.

A derisive expression "A fool who cannot see the outside world" is speculated to have propagated in the country.

A officer of the state security called for a meeting to get the attention of local citizens and warn them about possible hostile actions that may be acted upon them in case they would continue to commit rebellious actions against the government.

Further, the report revealed that caution issued in Yangang Province has a main purpose and that is to "keep  your mouths shut.'"

Citizens are also banned to make statements like "America should be blamed for this" as this will be considered unacceptable by the regime. According to an unknown source, this statement mocks the central authorities who throw blames at other countries when the problem obviously lies within the nation.

"A fool who cannot see the outside world" is also considered a mockery because it points out to an notorious and isolationist head of the country. This phrase abuzz when the chairman did not appear during the event in China and Russia as a mark of Second World War's ending.

There has been an increase in the prevalence of public acts of disapproval in the nation. In the recent weeks, two graffiti mocking have been observed already, The Week reported.

North Korea has been in the news for the past weeks. Recently, the country launched three ballistic missiles alerting the United Nations to condemn the said act and iron out sanctions to address the violation.
