Joo Sang Wook And Cha Ye Ryun Confirm They Started Dating While They Were Shooting 'Glamorous Temptation'
Apparently not all of the romance between cast members of the South Korean television drama "Glamorous Temptation" was happening onscreen.
On Wednesday the management of the two co-stars on the K-drama Joo Sang Wook, age 37, and Cha Ye Ryun, 30, announced that the couple had given in to a glamorous temptation of their own, in a budding romance that began while they were still filming the series.
"Joo and Cha got along while they were shooting the drama and eventually the relationship developed into a romantic one by the time the drama ended," a representative for Joo told the Korea JoongAng Daily.
A spokesperson for Cha was a bit more cautious with details of the romance between the two television stars, considering it is a fairly new development.
"With the drama having ended only recently, the actress is very careful in talking about the relationship," said the K-drama spokesperson.
The couple announced they were dating after reportedly being seen out playing golf together on Sunday.
On Monday, before the "Glamorous Temptation" stars had confirmed they were dating, a source claiming to be close to the couple told South Korea's Sports World that for anyone around Sang Wook and Ye Ryun it was obvious they were dating.
"Those two are not just friends," the source said. "It is an open secret among friends that the two are a couple."
"Glamorous Temptation," completed its 50-episode run on March 22.
The website AsiaWiki describes the plot as focused on three characters, a woman experiencing a harsh fate, a woman that is jealous of her and a man set out to get revenge."
