Blake Shelton Girlfriend Gwen Stefani Become Official On Red Carpet; ‘The Voice’ Couple Spotted Being Sweet Together
"The Voice" judge Blake Shelton and girlfriend Gwen Stefani have been gushing about each other since they admitted to dating late last year, but now the couple has finally made things "red carpet official."
The two appeared at the 88th Annual Academy Awards at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood, the Huffington Post noted.
According to the site, the two were spotted being all over each other, especially during the Vanity Fair party.
"The No Doubt frontwoman arrived wearing a show-stopping sheer red Yanina Couture gown with strategically placed layered appliqués. It was definitely giving off some Katniss Everdeen, girl-on-fire vibes," the site said of Gwen Stefani's attire at the Oscars.
"She kept her blond locks down with a few loose glamor waves framing her face, and wore her signature red lip. Shelton kept things simple in jeans, a black suit jacket and a black shirt, letting his partner's outfit truly shine."
Page Six, on the other hand, made fun of the country singer's fashion sense, or lack thereof.
According to the site, fans noticed Blake Shelton more than they did his girlfriend, Gwen Stefani.
Fashion experts and stylists said the crowd was looking at Blake Shelton's too casual attire.
"While Stefani, 46, strutted about in an embellished sheath from the Russian fashion house, Shelton, 39, added a black jacket to his effortless ensemble of an untucked button-down with dark jeans and scuffed cowboy boots," Page Six said.
According to USA Today, the two were spotted holding hands at the red carpet.
"Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton stepped onto the red carpet at the Vanity Fair Oscar party Sunday night, hand-in-hand with matching smiles and twinkling eyes. Though that was the only thing that matched for the couple's first major red carpet appearance," a source told USA Today.
But girlfriend Gwen Stefani, on the other hand, could not seem to get her hands off Blake Shelton as she was spotted pinching the country singer's butt during a funeral.
"Stefani, looking chic in a black cape, pinches Shelton's butt at one point, as Shelton leans down and affectionately kisses her on the head," the committee report noted.
