There's a new player in the Martin Shkreli - Ghostface Killah feud as the artist who worked on Wu Tang Clan's "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin" album art has sued the Pharma Bro for alleged copyright infringement.

The Guardian reported that the album sleeve artist has sued Shkreli for reportedly using the images of the rap group without asking for his permission.

Jason Koza, based in New York City, said the artworks were originally posted at a fansite called Wu Tang Clan Disciples.

Koza is reportedly suing for $2 million, with plaintiffs including "producers Robert 'RZA' Diggs and Tarik 'Cilvaringz' Azzougarh, and Paddle8, the auction company that sold the record to Shkreli."

"Koza says that he became aware that his drawings were being used without permission after seeing them in an article on vice.com. He claims that Shkreli infringed his rights by allowing the three portraits to be publicly displayed," The Guardian said.

Shkreli is facing a securities fraud scandal for allegedly hiking up the price of an anti-HIV drug by around 5,000%.

Martin Shkreli has also figured in an online feud with Wu Tang's Ghostface Killah, with the two sending each other disses via videos.

NBC News quoted the complaint which said "Mr. Koza never granted a license for his works to be copied or displayed anywhere (else)."

"The Wu-Tang Clan produced and sold only one copy of its limited-edition 'Once Upon a Time in Shaolin.' Under the terms of the auction deal, Shkreli can't 'commercialize' it for 88 years."

Aside from the feud with Ghostface Killah, Martin Shkreli also figured in more online mishaps when his credit card details were abused and charged for 55 gallons of lubricants.

He was also recently the victim of an online scam by someone who claimed to represent Kanye West.

Shkreli had offered to buy Kanye's "Life of Pablo" for $15 million, but was scammed on Twitter into giving the amount in Bitcoins to a stranger.
