Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus have reportedly tied the knot just a few weeks after talks that they got engaged again surfaced. The rumors came amid news reports linked the "Hunger Games" actor to co-star Jennifer Lawrence.
Hollywood Life revealed that the couple got married in secret in Australia.
While the "spur of the moment" ceremony was allegedly attended by Liam's family, Miley's side was not there, the site added.
It said, "Miley's mom, Tish Cyrus, her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus and her siblings weren't there. Is it because they don't support their union?"
Hollywood Life said that Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus' simple ceremony involved candles, messages from family, and an exchange of wedding bands.
From there, the newlyweds have allegedly decided to go on a European honeymoon, via Iceland, Paris and Italy.
Rumors of the two being once again engaged surfaced early this year after Miley Cyrus posted a photo of her engagement ring via her official Instagram account, according to Life and Style.
Mirror.co.uk, meanwhile, noted that the wedding came barely months after Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus reportedly started seeing each other again.
"The pair were first engaged in 2012," the site said.
"Even though the wedding has been four years in the making, the nuptials are fast work even by celebrity standards."
The two were also reported to be moving in together at the "Hunger Games" actor's house in Malibu.
"They've supposedly told close friends that they're already married and now refer to each other as 'my wife' or 'my husband," Mirror said.
At the moment, the wedding was seen as a symbolic act, with the couple reportedly seeing an "official" March target for a legal wedding.
When the news that Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus were pushing to finally proceed with the wedding, the actor's family was allegedly not sure about the couple getting back together.
However, the "Wrecking Ball" singer's trip to Australia appeared to have changed his family's minds.
While rumors claimed that Jennifer Lawrence and Liam Hemsworth had a fling, the said talks only led Miley Cyrus back to the actor's life, Hollywood Life said.
