MacBook Pro 2016 Rumors: Selling Starts In Q2? Screen Resolution To Be Better Than 4K Display?
The latest MacBook Pro 2016 rumors claimed that with the anticipated release date happening in March, Apple would start selling the notebook by second quarter of this year.
However, Mobi Picker noted that there have been rumors as well stating that the new MacBook Pro and MacBook Air could not be launched not until June during the WWDC event.
If these came out to be true, it could mean that consumers can only get hold of the latest notebooks and laptops from the tech giant after the second quarter, thus, pushing the release date to the third quarter.
"Apple's only chance at making a comeback in the notebook market this year is launching the MacBook Pro 2016, which will set the sales figures right," the outlet revealed in the rumors that it gathered.
"The companies in Apple's supply chain that produce MacBooks will start the production for the new 13.3-inch and 12-inch MacBooks by the beginning of Q2 or the end of Q1," the site added. "Meanwhile, the production for the 15-inch models will start in Q3."
With the release of new upgrades to its existing units, it was speculated that Apple would regain success after certain reports hinted that "The Cupertino giant is already facing losses and the steep decline in profits is the result of the huge number of Windows 10 notebooks that have emerged in the market."
On the other hand, Yibada shared in its MacBook Pro 2016 rumors and updates that the upcoming variant would feature "higher and better resolution displays" considering that "lot of companies are releasing laptops with 4K display."
"It is also expected that the graphics will be shown at a 4K output on the device," Yibada added. "The rumor regarding the inclusion of the OLED display in the upcoming Apple devices such as MacBook Pro 2016 and MacBook Air 2016 is also strong."
