Dean Sheremet Dumps Dirt On Failed Marriage To LeAnn Rimes; Singer Lawyering Up Against Chef
Chef Dean Sheremet has pulled no punches on why his marriage to LeAnn Rimes failed, as he dumped all the blame on the country singer.
The 35-year-old has released his book, titled "Eat Your Heart Out (The Look Good, Feel Good Cookbook)."
In the intro, Dean Sheremet wrote, "She cheated, I got dumped, and we divorced. I'd like to say it was conscious uncoupling, but the truth is, I got knocked on my ass. That's the Cliff notes version of the demise of my marriage to LeAnn Rimes."
But the country singer was not amused.
According to Perez Hilton, LeAnn Rimes is lawyering up to pin down Dean Sheremet for talking about their marriage.
"Neither is allowed to disclose 'confidential information' about the marriage that hasn't previously been made public - including in a book," the alleged source claimed. "If either of them breaches these terms, legal options can be pursued."
The relationship between LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian has been well chronicled. They were both married to their respective spouses, Dean Sheremet and Brandi Glanville, respectively.
But the two developed romantic feelings while filming "Northern Lights" back in 2009. They got married in 2011, but not before report of their cheating got to the press.
In the article from In Touch Weekly, per Celebrity Dirty Laundry, Dean Sheremet was hardly unapologetic over what he wrote in the book regarding his marriage to LeAnn Rimes.
"The lawyers wanted to know what details I included about Leanne," he said. "I just don't get it. She already killed my happiness the first time around. [It's like,] 'Move on already, LeAnn. I've moved on!'"
"I worked very hard on this book and I'm proud of it. I'm on people's radar because of my past with her. I can't erase my past; I refer to it and was very respectful. I'm not the one who cheated," Dean Sheremet said, talking about LeAnn Rimes and their marriage.
