Watch 'Gundam Thunderbolt' Episode 2 Live Stream As Daryl Gets The Psyco Zaku

"Gundam Thunderbolt" episode 2 will be available for live streaming on Feb. 12 at noontime in Japan.

Bandai Visual has released a minute long teaser which offers a glimpse between the continuing conflict between the Earth Federation and the Principality of Zeon, as well as the personal battle between main characters Federation pilot Io Fleming and Zeonic soldier Daryl Lorentz.

Episode 2 will see the arrival of Daryl's red Psyco Zaku, which will be tested in battle against Io's Full Armor Gundam.

Episodes are written and directed by Kō Matsuo (Valrave the Liberator), with character designs from Hirotoshi Takaya (Yu-Gi-Oh!) and mechanical designs from Hajime Katoki (Gundam Wing, Patlabor 2: The Movie), Morifumi Naka (Stink Bomb, Texhnolyze) and Seiichi Nakatani (Gundam 00).

The cast includes Yūichi Nakamura as Io Fleming, Ryohei Kimura as Daryl Lorentz, Mutsumi Sasaki as Burroughs, Toa Yukinari as Claudia Palh, Shunsuke Sakuya as Graham, Sayaka Ohara as Kara Mitchum, Daisuke Hirakawa as Cornelius Caca and Hiroshi Tsuchida as J.J. Sexton.

"Gundam: Thunderbolt" is adapted from Yasuo Ohtagaki's 2012 manga and is set in UC 0079, the same timeline as the original "Mobile Suit Gundam."

Episode 2 with bonus footage is available for 800 yen. It is also available for rent for 400 yen.

The pilot released on Dec. 25 via Electronic Sell Through, a service that allows purchasers to download the 18-minute episodes.

"The Thunderbolt Sector is a shoal zone composed of the debris of destroyed space colonies, named for the electrical discharges from the metal debris," the website wrote. "MS pilot Io Flemming is among the Federation soldiers who are dispatched to the area, where Zeon sniper Daryl Lorenz awaits them on the battlefield."
