Is Harrison Ford ready to go back to adventure after his character Han Solo's death in "Star Wars: Force Awakens"?

The veteran actor has expressed his interest to work in the upcoming "Indiana Jones 5" movie.

"A character that has a history and a potential, kind of a rollicking good movie ride for the audience, Steven Spielberg as a director - what's not to like?" Harrison Ford told Entertainment Weekly of possibly reprising his role in the action-adventure movie franchise.

Also, there are speculations that Ford will most probably reprise his role in "Indiana Jones 5" as he demonstrated agility for his Han Solo's character in the "Star Wars" latest movie and lashed out cynicism about his potential.

Besides, even fans of the Disney movies have speculated that only the 73-year-old actor would be able to do justice to the lead character in the upcoming movie project, after seeing his performance in "Star Wars" flick.

Meanwhile,  Bloomberg reported that the script for the movie has been finalized and that the outline of the story will be completed in a few months' time.

Further, there are rumors that Harrison will team up with another younger actor and will pass on the torch in the new film. It is rumored that the upcoming movie will try to test the grounds for a new actor as a future replacement for Ford.

Moreover, the probable actors rumored to carry on the legacy of the "Indiana Jones" movie are Chris Pratt, Michael Fassbender, Bradley Cooper and Idris Elba.

Consequence of Sound reported that Bradley Cooper is currently the front-runner for the lead role in "Indiana Jones 5" as Chris Pratt is busy with the sequels of his current film projects, "Jurassic World" and "Guardians of Galaxy."

The adventure movie "Indiana Jones 5" is still in the initial phase and is speculated to be released in 2018.
