Sofia Vergara Frozen Embryos Case Update: Still Unsolved; Wants New Baby With Joe Manganiello?
Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello are considering having a baby, despite the "Modern Family" star's frozen embryos case with ex-boyfriend, Nick Loeb.
In a new interview with Entertainment Weekly, Vergara revealed that she might have a baby with her husband soon, this amidst her ongoing case versus ex-fiance, Nick Loeb.
"I wouldn't mind another child," the 43-year-old actress admitted. "My husband is younger than me and he wants kids so we're trying to figure out what we're going to do. The idea of doing it all again doesn't scare me but, hey, it's not like it's going to happen naturally, is it?"
Considered as of the most famous Latina actresses today, Sofia Vergara also shared her opinion on the diversity issue in Hollywood, brought into media focus after actress Jada Pinkett Smith threatened to boycott the awards due to the set of all-white nominees this year.
"The problem is not the networks or directors: it's that there aren't enough writers creating things for Latinos," she said. "Once we have more Latinos writing, that's when things may really start to change..."
Meanwhile, the "Modern Family" actress also revealed she might be getting a breast augmentation surgery so she won't appear like an "old stripper" in the future.
"There is so much going on under my dresses that I bleed at the end of award ceremonies," Vergara said. "In ten years I think it would be good to have a reduction...just enough that I don't end up looking like an old stripper."
Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello's plans to have a baby comes after the "Modern Family" star's pending case in court over two female embryos that she and ex-fiance, Nick Loeb had frozen in case they wanted children later on.
Nick Loeb is demanding custody over the frozen embryos and had reportedly offered Sofia Vergara to waive all financial responsibilities. However, the actress wants the said embryos to be destroyed.
"I don't like promoting my private life," Vergara said back in May 2015. "And I don't want to allow this person to take more advantage of my career and try to promote himself and get press for this."
