'Once Upon A Time' Season 5 Spoilers: Characters Come Out From The Dead; Rumple Loses Belle?
After months of waiting, fans of the much-speculated "Once Upon a Time" season 5 can finally see episode 12 as the popular TV series returns in March. According to spoilers from TV Line, Belle will be facing possible new challenges in "Souls of the Departed."
Adam Horowitz, "Once Upon a Time" co-creator, said that the producers and writers "have plans to keep Belle busy."
"Although she didn't get on the boat [to the Underworld] with our heroes, she's important to the story and becomes very involved," Horowitz said.
The trailer for the upcoming episode of "Once Upon a Time" season 5 offered spoilers as it showed the characters going to a converted Storybrooke. In their quest to look for Hook, they find themselves in the Underworld where they would meet once again the people they thought were already dead.
Horowitz also said that Belle and Rumple were "left them in a place where that relationship was evolving".
However, there appears to be a mystery where Belle is not aware of the path that Rumple has taken throughout the episodes leading to the upcoming March return with "Souls of the Departed."
"And we're hoping to pick up on them in an unexpected way," he added.
Christian Post said that the main theme of the upcoming "Once Upon a Time" season 5 episode is the confrontation between the present and the past.
"Some of the characters that are reported to make appearance in the Underworld include Peter Pan, Zelena, and even Neal. Fans are hoping that Neal's potential appearance in the series could allow for some closure," it wrote.
It added spoilers for "Once Upon a Time" season 5 saying, "However, it was recently reported that the Underworld will not be the only challenge faced by the people of Storybrooke."
"It was said that the relationship between Belle, played by Emilie de Ravin, and Rumple, played by Robert Carlyle, will also have their own journey in the episodes to come."
