Viewers were on the edge of their seats watching the intense last episode of "Ray Donovan" season 3 last September.

News reported that the hit series' producers are getting ready to have the season 4 ready and have made people excited to see what will happen next in the complicated life of their favorite fixer.

"Ray Donovan" season 4, just like its previous seasons, will have 12 episodes which will explore and examine Ray's past life and his desire or choice to face it.

And while the producers refuse to reveal details on the upcoming season, showrunner David Hollander might have possibly revealed major spoilers in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter,

"But that desire is going to lead him into a new form of relationship, a relationship that is going to open up his life personally and professionally in yet another large city," he explained of Ray Donovan's life. "There will be new situations, a new family dynamic, and along the way that will really impact every member of his family and in a strange way conflate with Mickey again."

Last season hinted Terry and Abby's relationship with moments of flirting but with Terry's morals getting in the way, "Ray Donovan" season 4 does not tend to feature more of their relationship.

In a separate interview with TV line, Hollander revealed possible spoilers claiming that Terry will try to forget about his kiss with Abby and try to avoid further complications between them.

Additionally, "Ray Donovan" season 4 will reportedly be having an "emotional ride" but will remain to be "big and loud and brassy and visually fun."

As of press time, producers have yet to announce the release date to the upcoming season
