Naya Rivera Shares Post-Baby Body Secret; 'Glee' Actress New Peg For #Fitmom
Diet and work out seems to be doing all good to "Glee" star Naya Rivera, who recently created a buzz online. The actress gave hope to thousands of fans who want to lose weight after the new mom shared her fit post-baby photo on Instagram.
The post, which made rounds on the internet was captioned "Yaaassss! Werk. It. Out. #fitmom."

Rivera is no stranger to fitness, giving her share of expert advice even during her days playing cheerleader Santana in "Glee."
Naya Rivera's diet and workout slashed all traces of pregnancy weight, just mere four months post-baby. The actress gave birth to his son, Josey Hollis Dorsey, in September last year.
In an interview with Women's Health in 2013, Rivera said cycling was among her favorite workouts.
"My body completely changed when I started cycling. It got lean," Rivera was quoted as saying in the Women's Health article.
Aside from busting some moves, part of Naya Rivera's diet and workout is the discipline that requires her to drink a green juice at least two times a week. She does this at the start of the day.
Apart from these, the "Glee" star prefers to eats fish, and at times goes to Subway "building a tuna sub with olives, pickles, jalapenos, oregano, and lettuce."
In 2013, Rivera also revealed to Perez Hilton that her diet and workout involves avoiding fatty food.
In an article published by PopSugar, on the other hand, it was revealed that she does "lots of squats" for her legs and butt, and planks for her abs. The workout essentially explains her very fit body.
Just recently, she was spotted headed to the gym and nursing a glass of what appears to be a fruit drink.
