Angelina Jolie Admits Risk On Marriage With Brad Pitt On Making ‘By The Sea’
Seasoned actress and filmmaker Angelina Jolie had not just her current project but as well her marriage on stake as she reportedly admitted that she and Brad Pitt deliberately tested their marriage by making 'By the Sea' together.
"It was our way of testing ourselves... if we could get through this, we'd come out even stronger and happier... and we did," Jolie told Britain's OK! magazine.
Jolie wrote and directed the film, while she and Pitt takes on the lead roles of being an oddly miserable husband and wife.
The actress said that she and Pitt as husband and wife liked putting themselves through challenges, even though it was maybe a kind of a bit dangerous for them as a couple. Although she added that she thinks they would not want to go through it again though.
"Angie has some serious dark demons that have never entirely let go and it is still affecting her life and marriage," a source told Hollywood Life. Angie have had a wild lifestyle when she was younger and intense surgeries performed on her in preventing breast and ovarian cancer had all taken a toll on her and has greatly affected her as a person and a life partner, Design and Trend reported.
Sources say that Brad was initially attracted to Angie's dark side full of mystery and charm, but when his wife shifts into her dark place she had tendencies that pushes Brad away. The actor felt that it can be really hard on him and that he has been holding on more patience than ever for Angie but more often, his confidence in their happiness is wearing thin.
The couple always find ways to get through their troubles and so, the couple decided to go on a luxurious New Year's vacation in Thailand with the whole family.
