While Real Madrid's Cristiano Ronaldo showed his guns again on his recent photoshoot with Alessandra Ambrosio for the cover of GQ's latest body issue, rumors haven't stopped about him being the most expensive football player in the world.

The battle between Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale on who scored more money for Real Madrid is still running in the football world. A Spanish newspaper claimed that Ronaldo's deal taking from Manchester United was larger than what it was thought previously.

Dailymail reported that that though there were reports that the football player's worth is lower than Bale's , Marca, a Spanish newspaper reported that the previous estimation was not accurate.

"Ronaldo joined the Spanish side in 2009 for what was reported at the time to be €96m (at the time around £80m, but closer to £73m at today's exchange rate), while Bale's move from Tottenham was revealed last week to be worth over €100m (£76m), but Marca now claim that the cost rose from €96.9m to €104.7m (£80m), which would restore the Portuguese's status as the world's most expensive player," Dailymail reported.

On the other hand, Ronaldo and Ambrosio flaunted their incredibly toned physiques to front GQ's latest fitness-inspired installment. GQ shared on their report what makes Ronaldo's body being amazingly hot.

"Cristiano Ronaldo has a great many impressive muscles. Especially the ones semi-mysteriously emerging from beneath his arms.
