Katie Holmes and her rumored boyfriend, Jamie Foxx, were said to be secretly engaged and already planning a wedding despite the threats from her ex, Tom Cruise.
Recently, an Instagram photo was posted by Katie Holmes showing a diamond ring on her finger which suggested that the "Dawson's Creek" star is already engaged.
The Sun also reported that Holmes is ready to marry her rumored boyfriend Jamie Foxx.
The newspaper shared OK! Magazine's claim which stated, "They're ready to debut not just as a couple, but as a newly engaged couple."
An insider from the newspaper said that the duo have "gotten closer" in the past few months and that Katie is in the "Django Unchained" actor.
Katie Holmes and rumored boyfriend Jamie Foxx are reportedly planning a spring wedding, the report from Youth Health Mag alleged.
"Jamie and Katie plan to wed on the grounds of Jamie's 17,000-square-foot Hidden Hills, California estate, where they'll also live after getting hitched."
However, Katie Holmes ex-husband, Tom Cruise, the father of her daughter Suri, was said to be against the "Miss Meadows" actress being engaged to Jamie Foxx.
"He's been fine with Katie raising Suri as a single parent. There's no way he's going to sit still and let another man - especially Jamie - raise his daughter," a source told In Touch, as shared by Hollywood Life. "Tom has the money and the legal clout to re-enter his daughter's life in a big way. If he wants to play a larger role in Suri's life with more custody rights, there's no deterring him."
Katie Holmes' former husband was said to be abusive and overprotective during their relationship. Reports claimed that it would not be a surprise if Tom Cruise would do something to derail her wedding to Jamie Foxx.
"It was Katie's number one concern, not rubbing her relationship with Jamie in Tom's face. Both Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes have let 'their inner circles know they're ready to tie the knot and apparently Tom Cruise," the Celeb Dirty Laundry report alleged.
